The Identity of the ‘European school of Brussels-Argenteuil’ is based on mythological story of ‘Europe’. A story in which Europe, a Phoenician princess abducted by a white bull (Zeus). The bull took her across the sea to an island of Cyprus in order to love her and give her a son. This story gives its name to the European continent.
The European School tells this story through their symbol, where the bull personifies strength and growth, whereas the woman stands for motherhood and wisdom. The logo is designed as a coat of arms, featuring curves, horizontal and diagonal lines coupled with the European stars. Both character are looking to an open horizon, transmitting the values of institution whose purpose is to support education and imparting knowledge.
